24/08/2020 - Postponement of the deadline for the delivery of the periodic declaration of the monthly regime of July
By Order No. 330/2020-XXII, of August 13, which was released today on the Finance Portal, the deadline for the submission of periodic VAT declarations, referring to the July period of the monthly regime, was extended until the day September 20.
The delivery of the chargeable tax resulting from these declarations can be made until september 25th.
According to the aforementioned order, the objective is not to generate overlap in the fulfillment of obligations, taking into account the postponement of the deadline for delivery of the IES to 15 September.
