It was approved Decree-Law No. 107/2023, of 17 November, which determines the increase in the national minimum wage to 820 euros from 1 January 2024, in compliance with the commitments made by the Government with social partners within the scope of the Medium-Term Agreement for Income Improvement, Salaries and Competitiveness.
