Amongst its aims, DFK wishes to involve its collaborators talent at its maximum and offers each one of them the opportunity to find out, develop and encourage its abilities inside the organization by the integration in a high qualified team and in an excellent work environment, either working in audit or consultancy in the several activity areas.

DFK offers the possibility of company incorporation through a probation period along the college grade or after completing the correspondent degree.

In DFK there is a career program model which is exclusively based in the individual results given by each auditor and consultant.

In DFK, there are no limits or restrictions imposed to the professional development. There is an annual evaluation system exclusively based in objective criteria which allow DFK to determine the performance and the competency level of the collaborators in an absolute transparent way.

Periodically, and according to the shown aptitude, promotions in the company panel, leaving the following responsibilities to the next auditors and consultants’ generation. This promotion guarantees the regular professional development increasing the company’s collaborators at its maximum.
